Following the meeting, we’ll put together a custom proposal for you and both sides will agree on commercial terms.We work with a T&M model, with a budget cap as well as a flexible scope.

Project Kick-off
The team aligns expectations and the project gets underway! We rely on modern, practical tools to establish a clear line of communication, such as Slack and Zoom.
Product Discovery
This is a phase tobring clarity to everyone engaged in the project, , in order to comprehend challenges, explore options, estimate a roadmap, and reduce uncertainties.
Development Process
Design & development will make progress, facilitated through Agile practices such as weekly planning, demos, and daily checkpoints. We can also travel your headquarters or receive your in-house team in our offices at some point during the project for facetime.
Project Handover
After the MVP’s release, we can continue working on future iterations to add and increment features., If you decide to move forward with other partners or in-house employees, we will handover the project information to the new team via an organized knowledge transfer process.
